Hi everyone just popped in to say i'm still ticking and not dropped of the end of the world (not yet any way) big thanks to my dear friend @JohnnyBaker12021970 for all your kind words and prayers keeping me safe very much appreciated johnny. big thanks to @ickihun ,@13lizanne ,@debrasue ,@maureen5752 and @Diamum5972 for all your kind words and well wishes for my long and very forget full past year. It has been a very stressful and painful year since i last posted my memory is still no better i am still struggling to do things like this getting confused and stressed because of it. my BG's have been in double figures for as long as i can remember with FBG's in the 10's and higher most days i will admit that i have lost interest in doing my bloods just thing whats the point most days (when i remember to do my BG's) or Tina keeps pestering me to do it. My physical problems are still getting worse with the pain now spreading to my shoulders and arms i am taking Tramadol 200mg twice a day for the pain but it's not helping much but my pain Nurse doesn't want me on morphine but i am contemplating asking for the morphine for night time so i can get a good nights sleep. There may be a light at the end of the tunnel though (or wishful thinking) i was watching the morning BBC news not long back and their was this woman on there telling her story about years before finding a diagnosis for her problem and when she started describing her symptoms i just thought she is describing me not her and the more she spoke the more it was me sat there saying these things and the diagnosis was M.E ( chronic fatigue syndrome ) so i have been trying to get an appointment with my doctor to get a referral to the specialist at the Derby Royal hospital. I am at the stage now that i really don't care what they have to do to me anymore they can cut me up for all i care as long as it gets me answers but not at kingsmill hospital they can kiss my big hairy -----, the biggest waste of NHS money going . I hope you are all doing well and not suffering to much and no @ickihun you can't have my mobility scooter thanks all Ron
