Forgot my insulin this tea time. I am now on insulin 6 gms am 10 pm. My life has been thrown into disarray this last 2 weeks. Me in hospital 1 week with severe kidney infection and high BS - on entry 20. I've been home a week and had to ambulance 3 times to my husband has advanced Parkinsons as he ended up on floor at night 3 successive nights. My son flown in from Canada this a.m To support me. I was at Dr this p.m. as infection not cleared and BS raised again. We did a combined dinner cooked he is jet lagged and I am still woozy from infection - all good vegs etc. But having eaten it I realise I did not take my evening insulin - pre meal.- so should I take it now or leave until tomorrow. Silly I know but I'm still getting used to using insulin and life been a bit crazy with worry about husband. [emoji17]
