Thank you for getting back to me , 4 days ago i changed my libre 2 from one arm to the other as you have to do ,so as of last night i had a dip after i had eaten to 3.2 and tonight it did the same ? first night was sweet potatos and veg and chicken tonight i had speg blow and greek yogurt .
up at 6 in the morning lemon juice with hot water breakfast about 8.30 avocado and egge on ryvita 3 bits , lunch salad greens and chik peas and fish about 12 mid day , and then evening meal about 5.30 . what i am i doing wrong for me to spike down to that level ? ok its only been 2 months i have been type 2 but i did say my AC1 was 7.2 from day one and the other day it went down to 6.0- 42mmol/mol/ does this have any thing to do with my levels ?

Hi @oceans above 13 do you know what your hba1c was when you were diagnosed? (Your levels sound excellent to me now.)

I'm guessing it must have been fairly high for you to be on insulin from the start....(But I'm T1 so could be totally wrong.)

Have you told your DN/diabetes clinic about your low levels? It may be that your doses need adjustment. (Though as a T1 I am used to low blood sugar/hypos I also know how to adjust my doses.)
