Your not just limited to fruit how about a hand full of nuts and seeds or pork scratchings. I also eat celery a tomato or a carrot and a slice of cheese?.Hi, I have only been diagnosed for a week , been doing ok so far . I work a physical job , I start with breakfast at 6 am with medication. By 10 am I start to feel low and tired. I drink over a litre of water , what kind of snacks or foods would anyone recommend at this low time . I can't et fruit as I really don't like it :/
