Most likely a reference to your blood sugar levels being good.
Have you had blood tests, and if so what was the result? Pay attention to your hba1c result.

Hi. Yes, do ask for your HBa1C result. If it is near to 6.5% or below in old money or 47 mmol in new money then you are doing OK.
