Thought I would put on my full days stats today.
Pretty much a normal day Sun-Thurs this, only change really would be more nuts, yoghurt berries and a protein bar for extra Cals but was a ULC 1800 Cals day today. Went over on carbs as was out of chicken thighs DOH!
2400 Cal Day has 50g Carbs aimed for.
