Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7/2 - Morning.

3.8 at 5am - Treated an Hypo!

my Body woke me up and luckily I keep Glucose Tablets in the Bedroom, so munched on 6 of them - now it's 4.3 . ( Need to reduce Insulin much more) Going for something more substantial to eat.

up with headace in the middle of night: ate an orange and a proteinbar and 2 kodymagnyls at 4 o´clock so not really a fasting number, did eat yesterday 142 grams of carbs and 134 grams of proteins plus 35 grams of carbs and 26 grams of protein at 4:30 .... and did burn 1800 calories yesterday at the fitness-center
