7:00am - 9.7
8:30am - 9.3 (out of bed)
9:30am - 10.4 (still fasting, not hungry at all)

4.9 this morning. Really cutting down on carbs. Going to u3a (university of 3rd age) movie and lunch on Sunday where group go to Italian restaurant after morning movie. Always a special pasta dish made for group. We meet once a month.. Expect I will feel obliged to eat. Any suggestions? Perhaps long walk after and lots of water later. Severe storms predicted for Sunday in Brisbane Betty14.5 - not bad for me.
