Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

10.4.

7:00pm - 5.7 before dinner (1 small hand roll, sashimi, edamame, salads, & salmon, about 35 carbs)
8:00pm - 8.9
9:00pm - 9.7
10:00pm - 10.2 (bedtime)
3:00am - 8.7
5:00am - 9.2
6:00am - 9.3
7:00am - 9.7
8:30am - 9.3 (out of bed)
9:30am - 10.4 (still fasting, not hungry at all)

Wheat floured bread raises most diabetics bgs, unless covering with inj insulin. (Small bread roll). Your liver must have sucked it up and dumped on you when not eating? Make a new thread hun about this as many people can keep you right. More experienced low carbers?
I just know what works for me.
 
5.6 this morning dropping to 4.9 after breakfast.
50 g carbs 800 calories yesterday.

just to add yesterday pre dinner 7.1 hour after 6.5 two hours after 6.2 odd.
 
4.8 this morning - must admit didn't have much to eat last night - wasn't particularly hungry as I had snacked on some greek yoghurt and walnuts (and then got the munchies for an oat cake at 10pm)
