Hi everyone you must all have been in bed when I posted my BG this morning 4.30 = 6.8 leftover casserole from previous days meal.So I now what's caused this reading. K

6.3 at 05.20am, not pleased with this, trying for under 6, though my 30 day average is 6.7 and 7 day 6.3, got to keep on top of it, drink more red wine

Really stressed out yesterday with eye test and long wait. Fbs this morning gone up to 6.1 ! Proves that stress really does affect blood sugar, for me anyway.

6.1 at 4:45 am.

Got my blood test results back from Friday yesterday, my hba1c has gone down a bit from 5.6 to 5.4. All the other blood tests were good or acceptable. Whooopee!

My most recent hba1c result 2.9 my doctor believes I have reversed my type 2 Although he cannot remove me from the register as reversing type 2 is not yet officially recognised
