6.1 today and after a visit to the doctor to discuss my hba1c results of 5.6(38) it's been decided I can come off the metformin and try diet and exerciseso we will see how I goes from here

Hope the stress resolves soon for you.6.1 this morning. I believe stress and disturbed sleep caused my blood sugar to go up. It is frustrating and beyond my control. Hugs to everyone.
