Have a look around the forums here Mark. Ask questions. Most of us are restricting our carbs to get lower bgs. It works well.

I woke up around 4.30 am with a hot back and tested my sugar - 3.7! I haven't had a hypo since last November ..... Why? Early breakfast then!

7.2 no idea why, ate low carb and swam yesterday. Second test 7.1 so no margin for error. Oh well, guess we all get weird results once in a while - not stressing, that'll just put it higher! Off to swim.
