Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.7 today (and 45 minutes walking done before work). Going out for dinner this evening so I may be very naughty and have some chips!! (No dessert though - although the cheeseboard may tempt me!)

yesterday burned 2152 calories at fitness, ate 2752 calories of which 235 gr carbs annd128 gr of proteins

Between 4-7mmol/l for me. I'm on insulin.

4-7 fasting. Less than 8.5 post prandial/meal. Before bed - greater than 6.5.
