6.1 at 5:00 am, opened new pot of strips and I have not found any 5's yet.

5.9 seeing much improved numbers recently all day with no extra lowering of carbs than normal, guess insulin resistance is weakening then

Morning folks .. 5.4 at 5.15 today .. happy with that (ps thanks @callyandy .. I did play golf yesterday but it was cold and windy and I was rubbish)
