Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Yes, walking will help, but I think breathing is the key!
 
Well, a bit of a stressful weekend, and week to come, to 8.0 (!) on one finger, 7.8 (!) on another, and 6.1 (?) 3rd time lucky. Goodness know what they all mean, but my finger have suffered enough for the mimute...
