Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

A higher carb day yesterday ending on leg and feet, neck, back and shoulder pains from walking out 3 times. My mind is strong but my flesh is weak!
I have to do my housekeeping jobs otherwise we'd starve or have nothing to keep clean.
So is it any surprise my fbg of 11.2
 
4.8 this morning at about 8:45am.
But it is hot out there today and even though I have always loved being out in the sun all day long potting around my BG apparently likes that less than food so resolutely refused to come down below 6.8 until I sit in the shade even though I have had nothing at all to eat.
