Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good Morning all

4.2 for me however I know this is something to do with the bottle of red I had with my curry last night.

Great evening though out with some friends and all our children celebrating the end of the Primary era with all of them moving onto secondary school next year.

Bad sleeping the last few days = grumpy pickle. 10.7 before bed and wake to a 9.0. Just been called for my Hba1c too and eye test.
High sugars can do that to me too. Any thoughts on doing low carb eating? Many go strict to get bgs in order. Then relax it to find their spike monsters. Then avoid those nasty monsters, for life. They deprive you of a happy good life.
See us in 'type 2 life' thread for more help?

Good morning 8.0 2nd day of no metformin
If you do a liver block then your fbg could be in 5s or 6s if youre kicking out 8s. Liver block is what metformin does medically but this way no sore tum. Metformin works in the gut and fat cells too but a natural block would definitely help your hba1c, if you do it regularly.
