Thought I might have got into the fives today considering I had my meal earlier than normal and went back to work as normal didn't even have a snack before I went to bed at 3am strange goings on hahaha

Yep. Liver dump! Longer your fast more likely a dump. Mornings are very IR. I can do without the liver's help to start my fighting high bg day. Its a natural process but I block, when I remember. I've proven my liver or other organs don't suffer as a result. In fact my fatty liver enzymes reduced production on low carb eating in conjunction.
