Morning All

Had a slightly scary 7.2 before tea yesterday, which I suspect was because I went to the pub to watch my mates new band, and might have had a couple of beers...

Back down to 5.5 this morning though, so not too bad....

Strange, I wake up out of bed, BG 8.1 mmol/L.... take a couple of glasses of water walk around a bit, boot my puter wait a few minutes, 2nd BG reading 6.7 mmil/L.... ok.
