Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.8 @ 5am so slowly heading down the way.
Lovely sunny day here, so off to sit in the garden and read for a while. Finished work at 14.35 and went for a 30 min cycle by the beach and home. Mad folk were in the water.... in case you don't know, the waters around Orkney never get warm! A windy day but warm again.
 
Not posted for a few days.

This morning was 9.5.

Previous days were 10.5, 9.5, 9.7 and 10.8. Not a good run.

Will never reach the numbers that others post, but as mentioned this could be due to nighttime medication as pre dinner readings are generally in the 4s and 5s (although 6.3 today). So I'm not despondent yet
