Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hello everyone hope you are doing fine.

Today my number was High 6.4 at 11:00 I slept 12 hours and the last two days have been celebrating daughters birthday ; so binging in homemade icecream and and cakes has brought my number up I expected that anyway back on my lower carb horse now again
 
it's been up and down the last couple of weeks, between 5.6 and 6.3 (high for me) and my post-meals ones have been slightly up as well, though i've been being really careful with my diet. don't know if i've had a lurgy or something which has now gone, but yesterday morning they were 4.8, and after a good breakfast only 5.9 - very happy with those readings. fingers crossed ....

Surprised it wasn't higher as I had under 4 hrs sleep. Got a call just after 9 pm to change shift from 8am to 7am (not 7pm as previously posted!!!)
Long cycle to work to wake me up!
