5.8 today I was wrong yesterday my lowest ever FBG was 5.2 way back in October

I was the same I had a frozen shoulder a while back time the appointment came it was almost back to normal sometimes better just paying for treatment

5.3 at lunchtime. Skipped breakfast (intermittent fasting). Not on any medication.

I am having a blood test on Monday. Hoping for a HbA1C below 44 last time.

5.9 at 4:50 am, had pasta for dinner last night again, #TMIAD Moselys reheated pasta recipe seems to work for me.

5.2 before eating and 7.8 after, which is ok in my books, might have to tweak the tomato paste content down a bit more in the sauce.

Happy fathers day Australian dads.
