Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Thought I would test a bit later to see if the 5.3 levels were limited to early morning; so - around 10.30am it was 5.7. I can cope with that...shame I had to lie in longer (purely for the purposes of this test).

5.3 at 6:10 am, got away from the fours.

I feel type2 is mainly about the liver, not pancreas.
See it change when your lft changes again.
When my liver isn't fatty my control is a hellava lot easier.

I originally had a lft done twenty plus years ago in a check up, it showed that the it was high. My GP at the time asked how much did alcohol influence my life, I told him I liked beer on a cold day as well.

He told me to cut booze out of my life for a year, as it would have gone on to for me to get Cirrhosis of the liver. I did and the just drunk in moderation while lft is still being done evert three months.

Wide awake @ 5am. In Dundee for wedding number 4 of the year today.
6.0 @ 5.15
Tried to keep my evening meal as lchf as possible last night and it worked!
Hog roast and a bbq for the wedding breakfast, followed by an evening with lots of ceilidh dancing, so will be exercising those numbers down!
