Morning 9.9 this morning had an 8.5 before dinner yesterday cutting down on carbs does work my diet was mostly carbs before ever likely my readings were high double digits this is all because I have never been told what is good food and bad carbs now I am beginning to understand diabetes a bit more thanks to this site

8.3 this morning. Very active day yesterday 12.5k steps while out with the morris. I had a beer! it was lovely. 17.9.17

At 6 o'clock 4.8 a good start
but bad ending 11.00 before eve meal.
