12.3 and started lo carb diet yesterday also hiit exercise on treadmill. Was hoping for a lower reading this morning.

6.8 this morning. Do not understand why as all day I had BG levels between 5.4 and 5.8. Did not even snack last night.

mine was 6.6 this morning but last night was 10.3 that was highest it's been.

Up to 6.1 today. Was tempted by a hot beef sandwich in the pub last night, knew it was probably a mistake but by 'eck I enjoyed it!
