Had the results of my retinopathy test yesterday. Mild changes in both eyes yet test at specsavers said my eyes were healthy. Really disappointed cos both eyes were ok before I controlled my blood sugars

Specsavers passed me healthy too, but my recent test showed background retinopathy. And that's with controlled levels for the last 12 months. Sucks doesn't it?
