It's come down a lot ... I have only been diagnosed for 2 weeks it's been high for a while the last one was 17.3 so it's a massive difference

5.7 this morning - third day running under 6 so going into reverse methinks. Still working on the diet as exercise is a bit challenged with the dreaded plantar fasciitis plaguing me again.
