Good morning. 5.6 at 8am after about 4 hours kip...but I am sedom in bed before 4am at. Still, it's after over 8 hours "fasting", and it's not bad..at least its below 6.0 again. Have a good one, people.

Happy Monday Morning folks. Red wine & not loads to eat yesterday gave me a BG of 3.9 fasting today. Must admit, I had a slice of Christmas cake with cheese for breakfast. Not even guilty!

6.5 this morning before Insulin, Meds or breakfast. (Went to my father in laws 80th Birthday Bash yesterday, gave in and had a thin slice of: Banoffee Pie, Roulade and Lemon Cheesecake.) Before bed at 1.30 my b.s. was 6.6.

Done my fasting at 6am and was 20.4 BUT just done it now at 7.40pm and got a 9.8 now that is the lowest I have been for some time and I am delighted
