5.7 this morning....and 6.7 at noon....I have decided to wreck this with a bowl of all bran...the devil on my left shoulder side exploited the presence of a little constipation and the angel agreed..saying "***, Paul..it's Christmas have the f....cereal!" They ganged up on me...I can feel the 10g or so of sugar mocking my meeter and my good intentions. Hmmm...
