Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning!
Back on the water as I've been feeling rough without. Also my bleeders have been shy.
5.3 this morn. The bulletproofs are rocking. It will be 2tbs of each fat this morning....I haven't puked yet!
 
I have just started testing my BG this morning.
Had a few problems with (I think) dodgy test strips but eventually got a reading, but had to have a cup of tea,
Reading was 8.8 so not very good.

Any advice please?
 
9.4 mmol. Took one less gliclazide last night as 7.3 at bedtime & never been in singles at that time - even had to eat a sandwich around 9pm due low BS which scares me. Cut insulin by a further 1 unit today. I'm on a mission with the low carb diet which is really beginning to take effect
 
Happy Friday everyone. FBG was 6.1 this morning. Higher than usual for me...but hey, these things happen. All part of the happy journey which is Diabetes. After brunch, dropped down to 5.1 mmols. That's more like it. Banging headache all day so far though. It doesn't half hurt! Have a great day folks. Good health. AJ. X

Well I have just tested again before eating after my high reading this morning (which I think was stress related) and reading was 6.4.
