Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Not posted for a few days.

Readings haven't been great, too many carbs.

My only excuse is that I've had 2 blocked ears for a week following ear infection in left one. Now right one is really painful, but taking painkillers and putting in lots of drops.

Already had a course of antibiotics and attempted micro suction. Having to go privately to see ENT on Tuesday, as NHS waiting list is so long. GP thinks I may have perforated eardrum.

Had to work from home since middle of last week as I can't hear anything. Fortunately I've got a job that allows this.

I don't think I've ever written such a long post

Anyway, back on topic. Today was 7.5, yesterday 7.2 and the day before 6.3.

Evening All, I managed a 5.6 @ 08.47 this morning after a postprandial 6.3 @ 22.15 which was so unusually high I decided to take it again @ 22.45 when it was 6.9!!! I wonder what it'll be tomorrow after a 6.1 @ 22.07 this evening_OI must be in permanent confused dot com!!!:***:
