Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.2 this morning...better than yesterday's 7.8! still..where's my wee 5.2?
 
5.0 for me today
Despite the mince pie that sent my blood sugar crazy last night, but it did taste nice!
 
5.8 for me this morning and just moved 8 25kg bags of gravel and 2 large slabs round from the front of the house to the back so will see what that has done for me.
 
Fbg 6.9 this morning. I guess due to 4 battered onion rings.
Moral of the story: don't buy them!

BG was 4.4 fasting this morning. So tired today & can't seem to get warm. Ho hum! Good health everyone.



 
Tested before lunch (1p.m.) it was 6.9! So it could have been a liver dump during the night? = Thanks.

Hello from a new member. My levels are always 10+. I get very little support, just a yearly review. At this time my hba1c comes back at about 54...? 7/8. Think I've got burn out as seem to have lost my way.
