Hi - there's a lot of support on this site and a lot of experience to consider. Do post your concern on the Ask A Question forum..or maybe on the Low Carb forum for Type 2s..or maybe even just on Greeting and Introductions so that people can respond in more detail than is appropriate on this particular thread. I shall definitely reply with my tuppence worth...and you'll definitely get advice.
