5.9 FBG 6amvery happy first 5 anything LowCarb since beggining off December 11kg lost BP normal range gave up smoking at same time.

DN suggested I don't use thumb or first finger and to only use edge of fingers to avoid getting sore4.9 this AM but 3 thumb prick attempts. Ouch. That woke me up.
