Somewhat scary 6.8 for me this morning, highest I've seen for some time.

Somewhat surprising as my reading before tea last night was 4.6, which was the lowest I'd seen for weeks!

(Thursday) Hello folks. BG 4.2 fasting this morning. Treat myself to a Chelsea bun for breakfast. Not particularly healthy, but a nice treat. BG 5.7 at its highest today...that was after the bun! Not even a bit guilty! If the numbers are ok, then I allow a treat. For me, it's good medicine for the soul.

To everyone on here feeling a tad rubbish with coughs, colds n sneezes...hope you all feel much better soon. X
