Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.0 this AM

Had a hypo yesterday. Not a really bad one but needed a couple of sweets & a mars bar. Very unsettling coz I don't know what I did differently to cause it. My FBG has been stable and foods are familiar so I haven't even been testing during the day. I'll be testing properly for a few days.
 
A 5.1 for me. Even though I treated a hypo at 1am this morning with quite alot of sugar.
Mixed insulin having a build-up affect? I'll ask in type2 life. ;-)

(Tuesday) Morning folks. A nice 4.2 today. Amazing what a 2nd small glass of red wine can do to my BG. I usually have one small glass of wine each evening with or after dinner. Works wonders for my numbers. Have a lovely day everyone. Good health.
