A low 3.9 this morning will knock another unit off evening insulin and see what tomorrow brings
Oh ickihun hope your levels come down. I am on insulatard intermediate acting insulin at the moment, what insulin are you on?Nope my levels got higher and higher. This 10.2 fbg will not do.

Hmm, have you tried eating smaller portions at meal times and drinking water to help flush your system. I find the easiest way for me to lose weight is to watch my portions and fill up on veg and fruitHi @loulou99782 I am on humulin m3. A mixed insulin.
My biggest problem is weight gain. I'm eating lchf but no weight loss.
I need some weight off. I cannot get any bigger/heavier.
