Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Oh @maisiepug . I hope things get better quickly for you.
I have to hammer veg and fattt protein to get rid of my sugar crave. I hope you can musted the attack on the sugary carbs. Kick their but.
I have a tendency to self harm with sugar when I just carnt cope. Stress is a killer. Thinking of you.
You're not alone. We are here for you.

5.9 this morning. Nice to see a 5 Miserable weather today. The wind was horrendous last night. Have a good day all

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sure you're not going insane. Stress is awful (I've been there, and still have it from time to time) I have found it's best to look after yourself first before you can manage other things. Try some chunky veg and chicken soup to fill you up and sugar free jelly with a few berries to take the sugar cravings away, it might help.

10.8 at 10am
Had a lie in absolutely goosed this week at work
I'm happy with 10.8

5.1 this morning, but the blood pressure was up a bit. Can't seem to get both numbers down simultaneously

5.0 a tad higher than yesterday, but as long as it's under 5.6 I'm happy.

5.8 at 6.20am when I woke up and 5.9 an hour later
(and afternoon spike has now slipped round to early evening)

Robbity.

think positive. Shortbread, properly made, has maximum fat to ameliorate the wheat flour and sugar, , maybe not enough, but some...

Hey, it works on my spritz cookies - as long as I limit the number I'm eating. I just finished off the Christmas supply - I've been eating 2/day since early December with no adverse effects.

6.5 at 7am. Newly diagnosed and only my 3rd day of testing. It was 7.1 last night 2 hours after eating.
