I hope things get better quickly for you.5.5 this morning and that was after eating a whole packet of shortbread just before going to bed, but if I have nothing to eat before going to bed then it has been around 7 lately, I know I shouldn't have eaten the shortbread but I am, in a very dark place at the moment with other things going on,, I really do think I am going insane at the moment.
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sure you're not going insane. Stress is awful (I've been there, and still have it from time to time) I have found it's best to look after yourself first before you can manage other things.
