Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Sometimes I wonder if the Meter Co's put rogue strips in on purpose just to make you use more.

Meter said 6.9 this morning, wasn't going to bother to retest as I knew it was wrong, but then couldn't stop myself wasting a strip, and got the expected result of 5.0, then of course I had to check that the retest was correct and got 4.9

So 3 strips used to get the same result I get most days.

I need to do the Lottery this weekend

7.6 this morning, but my chest is shredded from coughing and I woke up with the temperature of 39 degrees. The calming syrup contains sugar and glucose, but I need it at the moment...

At 07:00hrs today I was 5.1, even after a piece of my granddaughters chocolate birthday cake last night.
.

Morning all

4.5@07.15 and I lost 2.5lbs this week, so happy girl here. If only this blurred vision would hurry up and clear

Call your doctors they can prescribe a sugar free cough syrup. It works. Get well soon. You don't have to suffer the sugar hun.

Mine was 9.2 today... strange that it stays lower during the whole day but tends to rise after 10-12 hours fast.

Morning everyone 8.4 @8.20am. Another 2lb off the weight this week. Slow and sensible, Id like to think my skin has a chance to retain its elasticity.

Back up to 6.7 this morning - ah well at least it's better than the 7s and 8s I got when I was first diagnosed!
