Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I happy 4.4 for me after more than 10 hour fast. It's hard work catching my liver out.
 
8.2 this morning, slightly up again but I did have proper carbs (pizza) yesterday which sent my level shooting up so I think I'm paying the price. Hopefully readings will start to go down again soon.
 
Good morning all! 5.8 at 0730 after a bit more Merlot than usual last night. Seems to work for me!
 
FBG @ 08.30 = 8.5
I didn't want to get up this morning - so tired - feel icky - this is beginning to be the normal feeling in the mornings - I woke at 7.20 but couldn't motivate myself and then just stressed about all the stuff that needs doing.
 
My levels stay under 6 all day and 2hrs after low carb meals but my morning fasting numbers are always above 8. Liver dump?
 
7/3/16. - Morning All.

6.4 this morning. (Ate 4 Chocolate Brazil Nuts before bed)
 
6.8 today and a no carb day today I think, I will get these readings down !
