Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.7 feel a bit rubbish today .
 
Another 4.9 for me this morning, and an unexpected 3lb weight loss (I haven't been able to exercise since my accident 2 weeks ago so was expecting my weight loss to stall).

Anyways, 5.6 today for me, and my challenge is to take full part in a post-funeral lunch without getting too carby (I've laid odds it'll be a hot pot or chilli & rice)
 
Morning all (IT IS A bit grey here)
Bed time = 4.8 had some cheese
@ 0435 bg = 5.3
@ 0642 fbg = 6.8
I know now why others take bg readings early in the a.m.
Now walk to gym.
 
5.7 this morning . Thumping headache today , hopefully some fresh air should help. Have a good day all!
