Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Lurrrrrrv Brighton! It's easy to spend a day there. Love the jewellery, not the price! Nice to walk on the prom and see the artists and have ....... Fish and a few weeny chips
 
Good Morning! 6.9 at 0700 today.
That's ok at less than 7 after a roast potato and 4 roast parsnips with roast beef last night. Will only have Burgen bread roast beef sandwich tonight, so hopefully back to the low 6s tomorrow.

Back from my diabetic appointment. Happy happy lady HbA1C is 5.5% (37 mmol) and Cholesteral is 3.4. Now I need to keep it like this
