My hb1ac came down from 59 to 57 and nurse said it not a lot of difference confused

Any drop is good and you are going the right way,congratulations.

Better late than never:

6.1 at 7.50am, and still fasting, 6.3 at 11.45 am.
Went to get my brunch just before 1.00pm and had to do a bit of mountaineering to reach something from top cupboard in kitchen - climbing on rickety chairs with bad knees puts the fear of god into me and is not at all compatible with nice low glucose levels... shot up to 7.2 - so if my liver doesn't get me stress will!
