Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Yesterday 4.8 at 5.15, today 3.9 at 5.05. Absolutely shattered yesterday (spent the whole day preparing for an office move) and fell asleep fully dressed and without injecting or eating a bedtime snack. Had been high when I last tested (9.6 at 22.05 - rather naughty fish and chips for tea) but feeling really good this morning. Looks like being a lovely day so going to head out on a walk

HbA1c was at 6.7 yesterday, down from 9.9 in 10 weeks
LCHF and monitoring are the key imho
 
7.7 millimoles per litre.
 
8.6 today deff a little stressed due to the pup who is almost 7 months old having a urine infection bless her
 
5.5 for me.
I ate too many nuts yesterday. Almonds becoming expensive again and missing cashew nuts. Our Lidl out of stock, our tesco too. Cod roe becoming more expensive than salmon. Eh?

Thought my place of work would be more understanding but there not ,so now they have forced my hand . I'm married to you not the job. Xxxx
 
8.4 - Lowest for some time after a winter where I seem to have gone from one cold to another, but have had good levels in the day, I'm happy at that.
