Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

so does that mean im not to let you have anymore , and that I can eat the rest ?
 
7:22 am:- 6.5 millimoles per litre

8:06 am:- 5.8 millimoles per litre.

7:17 am:- 1 mug of coffee with1 x 5 ml spoon of Red Mountain coffee granules, 1 x 5 ml spoonful of Nido Milk Powder and 2 Silver Spoon artificial sweetener tablets

7:00 am-8:06 am:- 6 glasses of tap water
 
5.6 @3.15am post 2hr breakfast and 1hr gym 8.6

I'm fairly happy with that, given its coming down again, after some recent highs.

9.7 this morning

(Myself to blame for eating the ears of my Chocolate Rabbit late last night).

It's a lot lot better than 2 months ago I am delighted
 
4.7 this morning. I should get utterly bladdered more often if that's the result I can expect.

My head hurts.
 
I should get colds more often - I've had no appetite for the last few days so yesterday and today my FBG has been 5.8! I was only diagnosed 5 months ago and this is the first time I've been under 6
 
7.7 think I need to get on track off meds couldn't tolerate doubled my weight since daughter passed away lot of medical issues and dns sending me to the hospital she thinking of injection hblac was 59 now 57
