Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Well just taken my first bgm reading as my docs finally issued me a meter after 5 years as struggling and my morning reading..... 13.2 down slightly on yesterday evenings 15.7 lets see how my new medication goes xx
 
6.7. Not sure why my levels are running so high at the moment. They were very stable at low - mid 5s.
 
Well I look at myself in the same way as an alcoholic! as long as I stay away from my poison, I should be OK, but if I drift back ...
 
5.8 this morning at 7am, 6.5 by breakfast time. All good
- healthy breakie of spinach, eggs and prosciutto so won't test until lunchtime now.

3.7 Day 3 of caffeine free, it seems to have made a difference? I'm away for a few days now so experiment will continue next week.
