Got my hba1c results this afternoon from 4/4/2016
My hba1c down from 21/12/2015 at diagnosis 53 to 43
Cholesterol down from 6.1 to 4.4
Still a work in progress, but a happy bunny today ☺

Thanks @ickihun did some experimenting with a shepherds pie with swede instead of mash and did spike me a little .I doubt that.
We cannot be perfect all of the time. No one can. We are all just trying our best but have hiccups - always.
This is a journey not a quick hop. You are both doing brilliantly.
