Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.2 this morning. I was awake at 5am for some awful reason.
 
Morning. No post yesterday. Can't remember anyway. 8•2 mmol/l, a tad high but I am loaded with the cold so understandable.
 
5.8 this morning a bit high for me, had a late dinner last night and chest grumpy in the early hours
 
7.3 yesterday 7.4 today - stopped taking 2 x metformin at night as prescribed as an experiment- readings during day range from 4.9-5.2 so happy with that. Even treated myself to a Pain au Raisin this morning- big treat as I have been on a strict LCHF for past 3 weeks- was fantastic and feeling good now.
 
Not as good to-day as yesterday, 5.2, but was 8.6 when I went to bed and had a very stressful day so to be expected.
 
5.7 this morning, after a late, chaotic and possibly rich dinner. Then after breakfast I measured 5.9 - not that much of a peak for my porridge-and-seeds-mix
 
8.1 for me today
Loads of stress for the next month or so .... new job starting soon , lots of training!! Exciting times ahead ....I'm sure fbg will settle down again soon
