Friday (12+ hour fast before blood test):
5.8 at 7.10am
5.8 at 10.50am
6.3 at 12.05 pm after walking to surgery and back again

No check yesterday due to middle of the night snacks.

This morning after another longer fast - due to missing supper last night as I fell asleep after dinner):
5.6 at 5.35am

This week's fasting average: 5.8
