Good Morning! I woke at 0400, so I tested then, reading was 7.4. Went back to bed and tested again when I got up at 0640, and reading was 6.3. Dawn Phenomenon liver dump I guess.
5.1 at 8.25 this morning - one of my lowest readings ever - discounting the slightly scary false lows that my Libre fibs about when the sensor is settling in and I lie on it overnight.
(Reading is possibly due to me filling up with my new favourite food - fatty fudge - overnight. I'm getting the impression that some oily or fatty food for supper or midnight feasts are helping to avoid early a.m. liver dumps...)
